My bank says it is not ready to take EDFs. What do I do?

Ask for the bank's export policy and procedure, which Regulation 19 requires it to have and to publish on its website. Send your EDF in writing by email or letter and keep the dated proof, so you can show you tried to file within the deadline. If the bank still refuses, use its grievance route and appeal to a higher internal level.
