How do I check my KYC verification status?

You can check your KYC status anytime from your dashboard.


Steps to check:
• Log in to your account
• Look for the verification banner at the top of the dashboard, OR
• Go to 'My Profile' → 'KYC Status'

Status meanings:
1. 'Pending Submission': Haven't uploaded documents yet | Action: Upload PAN and address
proof
2. 'Under Review': Our team is verifying documents | Timeline: 2-4 hours | No action needed
3. 'Additional Information Required': Need resubmission | Check email for specific requirements
4. 'Verified': KYC complete, account fully active | No action needed
5. 'Rejected': Documents didn't meet requirements | Action: Upload fresh documents (check email for reason)

What if the status is stuck in 'Under Review' for 24+ hours?
Contact support@winvesta.in with:
• Subject: 'KYC Verification Delay - [Your Name]'
• Include: Registered email ID, document upload date

We'll fast-track your review (response within 4 hours)
