My payment is still in a pending state. Why has it not been processed?

Your payment may be delayed for the following reasons:

1. Bank Holidays: if you've received USD and requested a withdrawal. Winvesta ops has processed it, but the given day is a US holiday, then the USD won't be converted to INR since it was a USD FX holiday.

2. Compliance Review: Our compliance team may occasionally require additional information to process your business transfer. If so, we will contact you to gather the necessary details.
