60-Day Bank Account Restriction Policy:
For security and compliance, once you make a deposit to your Investment Account from a specific bank account, you must withdraw funds only to that same bank account for the next 60 days.
Example:
• January 1, 2026: Deposit from HDFC Bank to IA account
• Until March 2, 2026: Can only withdraw to the HDFC Bank account
• After March 2, 2026: Can withdraw to any bank account in your name
Why this policy exists:
• Prevents money laundering
• Ensures compliance with FINRA and US regulations
• Protects against fraud
What if I need to withdraw to a different account urgently?

• Both bank account statements (current and new)
• Reason for change

Important notes:
• New bank account must be in your name
• Names must match exactly between Winvesta IA account and bank account
• NRE/NRO accounts accepted if registered in your name
• Joint accounts allowed if you are primary account holder
How to add new withdrawal bank account:
1. Wait until 60-day restriction period ends
2. Go to Beneficiary section in IA dashboard/app
3. Click 'Update Beneficiary'
4. Enter new bank details (holder name, account number, routing/SWIFT)
5. Verify with OTP
6. New account activated within 1 business day
